Built slowly, on purpose.

2016 — Beginning

Astrea International Real Estate founded.

Established in Athens with a simple thesis — Greece’s recovery would be a decade-long opportunity, and required an owner-operator, not a broker.

2020 — Athens

First flagship development.

Urban City 44 — a 210-unit residential tower in the historic heart of Athens — moves from land acquisition to pre-sale within twelve months.

2023 — Cyprus

Cross-border expansion.

The Ring and Via Limassol launch in Cyprus — extending the operator model beyond Greece for the first time.
